At 18 years old, Craig Bruggeman began working as a full-time carpenter in Sarasota; he received his State of Florida Certified General Contractors License in 1989. Craig earned a Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida in 1988. He and his young family returned to Sarasota where he gained experience in commercial contracting and as a Purchasing Manager for Arthur Rutenberg Homes. In 1998 Craig founded Stout Homes & Remodeling.

To keep our focus on providing the highest level of service to each and every client, the company is selective and takes on no more than 15 to 20 projects per year.
